Flaxseeds, peach, banana, walnuts pudding (in 15 minutes without cooking andboiling)
-50 grams of walnuts
-3 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds
-3 tablespoons of coconut
-juice from a half lemon
– whipped cream
Preparation of recipe:
Cut the bananas into pieces.Grate the peaches.
Chop the nuts. Squeeze juice from half a lemon.Mash the bananas. Add the peaches, walnuts and lemon juice. Mix it well. Than add ground flaxseeds and coconut. Mix well again. Put in plates and decorate with peaches, bananas and whipped cream.
In 15 minutes you get this refreshing and healthy pudding without boiling. Enjoy
