Delicious summer dishes with tomatoes, papers and onions
-5 medium peppers
-3 medium tomatoes
-1 piece of onion
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of thyme
-3 tablespoons of olive oil (or regular sunflower oil)

Chop the onion into small pieces.
Cut the peppers into small pieces. Also cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Put the oil in the pan. Heat it to medium heat. Add the chopped onion and chopped pepper pieces. Add the salt. Fry them on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the chopped tomato pieces and thyme and fry for another 10 to 15 minutes (depending on whether you want more or less sauce in the dish). Stir the mixture occasionally.
