Coffee anti cellulite masks
• 2 tablespoons ground coffee
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
• 3 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix two tablespoons of coffee, a teaspoon of cinnamon and three tablespoons of olive oil in one bowl. You should get a thick paste. Massage into damp skin and leave on for 10 minutes. Then rinse.
Cinnamon, like caffeine, improves circulation. Olive oil nourishes the skin and makes it easier to apply coffee and cinnamon.
Cinnamon anti cellulite masks
• 100 ml of coconut oil (3,4 ounces)
• 20 drops of orange essential oil
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and let it stand for at least 30 minutes. Apply this mask directly on all parts where there is cellulite, gently massage and then wrap that part of the body in a transparent foil.
Leave on the skin for 1 hourand than take a shower
Anti cellulite masks with honey
•1 teaspoon honey
•one egg yolk
• 10 drops of citrus essential oil
In a small bowl, heat the honey, add the egg yolks and stir gently over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat. Let cool and add a few drops of citrus essential oil. Coat the critical areas on the body with this mixture, and then wrap them tightly with transparent foil.
Put on old, warm clothes, lie down in bed, and cover yourself with a blanket. After an hour, remove the foil and take a shower.
Mask with Chlorella algae
- Clay for the skin – 1 cup
- Algae powder – ½ cups
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Water – 3 cups
Boil water in a deeper bowl, then add clay, algae powder and olive oil and mix everything well. Allow to cool.
Spread the mixture on the critical areas with cellulite. Then wrap with transparent foil. Leave the mixture for 1 hour and then take a shower.
